This course explores the interplay between diplomacy and security in global affairs,
analyzing how states and non-state actors pursue strategic interests in a complex international
system. It combines theoretical frameworks with case studies, simulations, and policy
analysis to equip students with practical and analytical skills in global security strategy.

Course Objectives 

By the end of the course, students will be able to: 

•  Critically analyze diplomatic and security strategies in different geopolitical contexts. 
•  Evaluate traditional and non-traditional security challenges (e.g., cyber, health,
  environment). 
•  Assess the roles of global institutions, alliances, and strategic actors. 
•  Design strategic responses to evolving international security issues.
